The vision for this new addition to the Long Island City neighborhood was to highlight the importance of outdoor space and have it inform the building’s overall design concept. The form shifts at the 5th Floor resident terrace creating a shared outdoor space while apartment balconies carve away at the tower’s prominent edifice.
The 18-story residential building will contain 165 dwelling units with on-site parking and recreation spaces such as a lounge, gym, business center, kids’ playroom, outdoor rooftop terraces, and more.
